These Terms of Service apply to the use of the website www.braaihoutshop.nl and to all agreements concluded via this webshop between you as a customer and Braaihoutshop.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, orders, deliveries, and agreements between Braaihoutshop and its customers. Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed in writing.
3. Offers and Prices
All prices listed on the website include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices, product information, and availability. Obvious errors (such as price or typographical mistakes) are not binding.
4. Orders and Agreements
An agreement is established when you place an order and receive an email confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse orders, for example in cases of incorrect information or past payment issues.
5. Payment
Orders must be paid in full in advance via the payment methods offered on the website. Your payment will be processed through Shopify’s secure payment environment or by recognised payment partners.
6. Delivery and Shipping
We aim to process and ship orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery will be made to the address provided with your order. For more details on shipping rates and delivery times, please see our Shipping Policy.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt. After withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Products must be unopened and in their original condition. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
8. Complaints and Warranty
We take great care in preparing and inspecting our products. If you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible at johan@braaihoutshop.nl. Statutory warranty applies.
9. Liability
We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product or the website, unless caused by intent or gross negligence. In all cases, our liability is limited to the total value of the order.
10. Intellectual Property
All texts, photos, logos, product descriptions, and other content on the website are the property of Braaihoutshop or its licensors. You may not use or distribute any of this content without prior written consent.
11. Use of the Website
You may not use our website in any way that violates the law, these terms, or the normal intended use of the Services. In the event of misuse, we reserve the right to deny access to the site or our services.
12. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (such as transport delays, strikes, fire, natural disasters, or government measures), we are not obliged to fulfil our obligations. In such cases, we may suspend or terminate the agreement.
13. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms and all agreements with Braaihoutshop are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
