Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Giessenburg.

During busy periods (such as holidays, peak seasons, or for pre-orders), processing may take slightly longer. In such cases, we will keep you updated via email.


Shipping Costs

We apply fixed shipping rates per order, based on the weight and delivery address. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.


Shipping Within the Netherlands

We ship via reputable carriers such as PostNL or DHL. Most shipments are delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Please note: Our firewood is heavy and packaged in sturdy bags. Make sure you can receive the delivery safely – for example, at home, with neighbours, or via a collection point.


Pre-Orders & Backorders

Some products may be temporarily out of stock or in transit from (Southern) Africa. In that case, you can place a pre-order. The expected delivery date will be clearly stated on the product page.

We will keep you informed about the status of your order throughout the process.

Note: Opened or used bags of wood cannot be returned.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or extra charges. We are not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered due to address errors.
